Differential pressure transmitter conventional connection method

Differential pressure transmitters are connected in various ways. In Xingyi, the conventional connection methods of differential pressure transmitters include φ6 pagoda mouth, φ6 pagoda mouth, φ6 quick interface and φ4 quick screw interface. Below we will explain how to use the different connection methods.

φ6 pagoda mouth connection
Choose a trachea with an inner diameter of 5mm and materials of PU, PE, and nylon. During installation, after inserting the gas pipe directly into the interface of the differential Pressure Transmitter, pull it slightly by hand to check the reliability, and the connection is completed.

φ8 pagoda mouth connection method
Choose a trachea with an inner diameter of 7mm and materials of PU, PE, and nylon. After inserting the gas pipe directly into the interface of the differential pressure transmitter, pull it slightly by hand to check the reliability, and the connection is completed.

φ6 quick interface connection
Choose a trachea with an outer diameter of 6mm and materials of PU, PE, and nylon. After inserting the gas pipe directly into the interface of the differential pressure transmitter, pull it slightly by hand to check the reliability, and the connection is completed.

φ4 quick screw interface connection method
Select the outer diameter as 4mm and the inner diameter as
2.5mm, made of PU, PE, nylon trachea. After inserting the air pipe directly into the interface of the differential pressure transmitter, tighten the fastening nut, and pull it slightly by hand to check the reliability, that is, the connection is completed.
